Pueblo is in Colorado, in the Mountain West, where the high elevation brings cold snowy winters, warm dry summers and big day-to-night temperature swings; ski and summer tourist seasons shape opening hours in resort towns. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Pueblo follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

The Mesa LaGree's is the absolute BEST grocery store within a 200 mile radius at the LEAST. Always cleaned, well stocked and faced. Always full of the best employees and if you want to shop Colorado local then definitely shop here. My favorite parts about the store are the meat department because they have actual meat butcher staff that will get your orders filled and the deli with the BEST hot meals EVER!

It’s nice to have this compact but well-stocked store out here in the sticks. It’s exhausting for my old bones to even do King Soopers or Safeway, and the big β€œMal-Warts” are like running a marathon. Prices are little higher on my usual groceries, but buy your bread from their bakery, it’s cheaper than the big guys and tastes better. I bought some beef cuts recently….after I heard the meat saw running in the back and an employee let me look, yes real actual butchers here at the store, not in some far off state where they cut it, inject the package with carbon monoxide to keep it red, and ship it (that’s you, Mal-Wart). Then I wondered if this was one of those rural chains operated by and oppressed with bad food by Albertsons, and it’s not! Local couple opened 3 small town stores - Pueblo (Mesa), Poncha Springs, can’t remember the other. I’m very impressed, and willing pay a little more to shop here and not deal with big city attitudes. And again….buy the stuff they make in house, buy the local produce, and it’s affordable. I wish the LaGree family the best of wishes….this sort of operation is SO rare anymore in a world of giant corporation domination.

This small local food store is perfect. For a store of its size im always amazed by the huge variety of food they carry. They have a large selection of precooked hot foods that are great! The deli has a vast selection of meats and cheeses. Being in the farming part of Pueblo, the produce can't be beat. I'm very short and every person who works at LaGrees are always quick to help with items I just can't reach on my own. That also includes Jim, the very busy manager, im never made to feel anything but special, and in no way a bother. Twenty years now that ive been shopping and watching this family run store change and grow. Their meats are priced fairly, and they will do their best if you want something special for your special dinner or party. Recently they added several refrigerated containers so they now give the larger groceries a run for their money with frozen food of all types! I can't think of a thing I can't find at Mesa LaGree's. They even carry my favorite water which is Fiji, for that I am very great full. They have plenty of parking, the ladies room is clean and warm, their staff is pleasant and always willing to listen. So if you live in town take a quick
